Super smooth recruitment process, with 4 stages (phone call, video call, case study, and in-person with one of the co-founders). I received my job offer only 3 weeks after sending my application. Laura was always quick to get in touch and keep me updated. The case study was relevant to my position and gave me a good opportunity to show my skills, with enough time to prepare.
