I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter within about a week. The process included an initial phone screen, followed by a video interview with a sales manager. Questions were mostly behavioral, such as past experiences, how I handle challenges, and teamwork examples. The next step was to do a short sales pitch on a topic of my choosing. It was casual and conversational and not looking for "sell me this pen". The interviewers were friendly and professional. The process moved at a reasonable pace and expectations were clearly communicated. I appreciated the transparency and accessibility to the interviewers.
