Interview
Up Front: Recommend against this company, due to their gross unprofessionalism and lack of communication. I have relayed this across my network. The process entailed three interviews. One phone with HR, one Zoom, one in-person (the "final" interview". Overall, the interview process went very well, until following the final interview. I was told the interview would involve a "low-key" chat followed by a facility tour. However, the interview ended and four of the team members, the hiring manager included, unprofessionally did not even say good bye--they simply stood up and stood awkwardly. I had to conduct the farewells myself. Then, HR explicitly told me verbally and in writing that they would let me know of their decision EITHER WAY. They failed to communicate with me following the final interview. I had decided particularly during the final interview that the job was far too entry level for me, so to continue to promote professionalism throughout the process, I emailed the director of HR two weeks following the interview, and let the company know that I am no longer interested, that the position is too entry level, and wished them the best moving forward. It is unethical and unprofessional, particularly in a pandemic environment, to require a candidate to come into the office and then to FAIL TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE CANDIDATE AFTER PROMISING TO DO SO. Again: Would not recommend this company, and have relayed Waxman's unprofessionalism across my network.

Interview
The HR director greeted me at the door. I met with multiple employees that I would be working closely with if hire. Each described what their role is at the company and what their day to day tasks were. The whole interview was very relaxed. Unlike other typical interviews that usually entail questions like "Can you please tell me about a time that you faced a challenge at a previous job, and how you overcame/ solved the problem?" It was all very comfortable conversations and questions between myself and the employees which gave the interview a feel of grabbing a coffee with a good friend. It overall was an excellent process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked questions about my previous employment, what my day to day tasks were, and questions to get to know me personally without being too invasive.

Interview
I applied and was contacted by Recruiter to set up a phone interview. The phone interview went well and was basic. However, After that is where it got disappointing, I waited 3 or 4 weeks to hear anything back (it was a week or two before the 4th of July but still ridiculous). THEN when I was invited in for an in person interview it was only with the recruiter (who I already spoke to) and Director of HR both at the same time. It was a basic interview going over my experiences, maybe a few Behavioral questions, and then any questions I had. I then had to go home and take a personality test, which I was told would take roughly an hour. It took me at least an hour and half if not more. Never heard anything back after that. Terrible process and unprofessional with following up.
