Personally think do not waste time for the interview if only you are have free time and jobless then come and have fun with the interviewers. Interview went smoothly ya but also no offering. I am consider as new in this position rejected I was understood but my colleague have 7yr senior experience get rejected I wondering why. So just read here and think yourself whether worth the time and effort not. Goodbye.

Phone screen followed by on-site tour and interview at manufacturing plant in Taunton with mid and senior level staff. Follow up phone call and then subsequent offer by phone. Offer was then mailed to house. All very old fashioned. Staff didn't really seem to have it together. Clueless questions, explanation of job was way off from actual.
