The interview process varies based on role. Usually there is an initial HR interview. The candidates who successfully progress then attend interview(s) with the specific function. This is often a technical interview followed by an interview with the manager.
Interview process is lengthy and drawn out. Managed by talent acquisition and hiring manage. Many times hiring is paused due to lack of approvals from senior leadership. The hiring process here takes forever.
