I applied online. I interviewed at Waterhouse Brands in Oct 2023
Interview
I got an email asking me some questions about why I wanted to work there and what makes me a good fit. Then it was a zoom interview asking me more about my experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Waterhouse Brands in May 2022
Interview
Smooth (and fun!) interview process that consisted of four separate virtual meetings over two weeks, in addition to one in-person trip where I met a few more folks for my last interviews, lunch and office walk through.
Interview questions delve into a good mix of your experience, strengths, what you'd like out of your next career opportunity, and culture fit.

Interview
I had three individual phone calls before an in-person lunch interview with the two co-founders. I had originally interviewed for a part-time role. By the end of my first interview, there was discussion of the role being a hybrid role with another department based on my experience and goals. The part-time role had already been filled before my second interview but they lead that interview with wanting me in a full-time capacity. By the end of my second interview there were roles in two departments that seemed like they could by a good fit. During my in-person lunch interview, the conversation turned into a hybrid role across both departments. It was incredible to have all of my skills, experience, and goals considered to a point where the job itself was adjusted to fit me. Rather than fitting a square peg into a round hole, they made a job in the outline of myself so I became a perfect fit.
I was contacted a couple days after my in-person interview and given a verbal offer with the written offer coming quickly after. It made it much easier for me to make the decision to join the company having all of the information in front of me and seeing how much they wanted me to join the company.
