WaterFurnace International interview questions

Interviewed with the VP of engineering after hours in his office. Typical questions about work history and the position. The culture here was in limbo and obvious during the visit.

Applied online. Had a pleasant phone interview with the hiring manager the first week of February. Did not hear a thing for two weeks, then she contacted me to schedule a second phone interview. During the second interview, she told me someone would contact me to schedule an in person interview. After that I was ghosted. No one has contacted me for the in person interview and my emails to the hiring manager have not been returned. It is sad that this is for a customer service position where I would be asked to respond in a timely manner to the customers, and yet the same curtesy has not been shown to me.
