Interview
Interview process was great and straight forward. They want to see your problem-solving skills and they give you some menu items and ask what you would pair with it, so wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge are a must. There was an interview with a manager, and then second interview was with the GM. Only down side is that I waited over an hour past my scheduled interview time before someone sat down with me.

Tell me about a time you had a dissatisfied guest, and how did you solve the problem?
Water Grill conducts very thorough interviews. Many relevant topics were discussed, specifically focusing on wine and seafood knowledge. Though Water Grill will provide extensive training on steps of service, wine, and seafood, a base knowledge of these topics is definitely required to get through the interview process.

Interview
It was a Corporate impersonal style of questioning.The staff seemed unorganized and flustered. The manager kept getting up to do other tasks and apologizing. Over all no one looked happy to be at work and I got a sense of stress which was uninviting
3+ interviews that lead up to the GM, make sure you can sell a dish and have a big personality so much so that ALL the managers who interview like what you have to offer because if you fail at one, you wont get a call back!
