General manager came in and laughed that they had not even read my resume. Then asked me which position I was applying for and when I answered, they immediately looked confused and befuddled and told me, “oh no, I would start you on this (other lower) position. You don’t have construction company experience” That’s when I explained that yes, the company I just came from is construction…didn’t make a difference.
