Interview
Phone screen verifying resume and qualifications, then a video interview with the hiring manager. Video panel interview with local reporting team. The hiring manager interview was around 45 minutes and the panel interview was about an hour, including question time for the candidate.

Interview
Very positive experience. First was an initial phone screening, followed by a 1:1 interview with an executive leadership team member, then finally a technical interview with a project management lead/service line expert. Communications were transparent throughout this process, all I spoke with were engaged and attentive, and the organization was very responsive. The process helped me get a strong understanding of the company culture as well as the available project opportunities
