I worked with Jose Garib and it was a horrible experience. Not a good recruiter. 1 hour video interview then was told I'd get an assessment. He forgot to send it and I followed up and received. The assessment took two hours. Heard nothing from him after submitting it. Followed up a week later he told me he got it. Followed up and nothing. Called me a month later telling me that the person that accepted an offer with them backed out and I was their "backup" candidate if I was still available. So then I did a video interview with two other individuals who started the interview trauma dumping each of them about their family problems and that they company has thankfully been flexible with them. Another hour there. Nothing back. Followed up again with Jose was told they weren't moving forward. Complete waste. Super unprofessional team and I'm glad I do not work for them.
