The interview process was fairly straightforward. After submitting my application for the role, I was contacted by the recruiter for an initial screening and asked a few multiple-choice questions, which I responded. Following that, I was scheduled for a virtual panel interview. The supervisor for the role remained somewhat disengaged throughout the interview process, but I was able to address all questions thoroughly. Ultimately, I was not selected for the role. However, the organization provided a timely update within one week, informing me that they had chosen another candidate.
