Phone meeting first, then met with relatively new sysadmin in house and HR Director (been there 10 years). Most of the interview was with tech support/sysadmin staffer who was cordial and seemed to work hard for the firm, but was overwhelmed with tasks (hence the hiring). Met with CEO/owner (privately held company) who spoke of culture/history of the firm, needs, etc. Confusing, as this was deemed "senior management" but seemed more hands-on. On Call too cumbersome, no focus on security (CEO states not the top concern), so there's that to consider. Was offered the job, politely declined. Best of luck to those who apply. Benefits very expensive compared to other employers, time off very limited, more like it was 20 or 30 years ago.
