Interview
There was an initial phone call followed by a meet and greet with other candidates. Then you present to the group as though you already worked at the studio. They asked other candidates to leave the room and those who stayed were hired.

quite specific and unexpected questions, practice was not good prep, involved acting type question which wasn't fair with such short prep time not a good indicator of ability makes feel stupid
