The interview process for the DEI role at with Warner Bros Discovery was extensive. I interviewed 6 times and with each interview there wasn't much change with the interview styles and questions. They were basically all the same type of behavioral questions and situationals. After my series of interviews (I sent about 3 thank you letters), no one ever got back to me.
