🚩🚩 all over! Messy and disrespectful.
HR paid zero attention to my screening, were clueless about the position and just emailed me the same question to answer later.
Despite moving to next rounds, I would need to chase after every single time in order to know about it.
After 3 interviews, some more miscommunications and some more chasing, I learned the role was closed and no one was hired. But only because I messaged them for an update 🙃
Felt like dodging a bullet.

Give examples of a campaign that did not perform as you expected and what you’ve learned from it
For the assessment centre there was a variety of team exercises. For example watching a trailer and suggesting ways to market and then had a drawing exercise based on a partner's description of an image. Finally had an interview with a hiring manager.

The interview was well conducted. They asked straight forward questions and made sure to get straight to the point. At first I was given an hireuve followed by a final interview.

Online assesments where slightly confusing but engaging.
very sensible timeframe between stages, although the assesment center left something to be desired. took them quite a while to reimburse travel costs.
