I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
interviewed for a position here and the process was incredibly frustrating. I underwent 5 separate online interview rounds over the span of several months. Communication from the department was painfully slow, often leaving me waiting weeks for a simple email update between rounds. While the team members I spoke with were nice, the process felt entirely uncoordinated. I found myself answering the exact same background questions in round four that I already answered in round one. Stretching an interview process out over five rounds and multiple months shows a serious lack of internal consensus and disrespect for a candidate's time. If you value your time, be prepared for a massive waiting game
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (Washington, DC) in Sep 2022
Interview
Short first discussion. Applied roughly 2 weeks prior to initial interview. Roughly 30 min conversation about production goals and salary requirements. Be prepared by knowing the show lineup locally as well as the names and segments on-air hosts are apart of.
I applied online. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Had four rounds of interviews a few years ago. Two phone and two in person. Then they went through a big layoffs and my interview process was put on hold. I was asked to do a fifth interview but by then (several months later) I had decided to move to Nashville.
