Being a multi-national company, WM does utilize digital tools to conduct Skype interviews. If you want to relocate this is a benefit. There was quite a long time between my first and second interviews (more than one month).

Question 1

I don't recall any unique questions, just the basics. "tell us about yourself" "What are you looking for in your next opportunity," etc.

First interview was a phone interview. The talent specialist was late and did not call in. During the whole interview they sounded clueless about the position and was very rude. One of the most unprofessional interview.

Had to take a test for CAD and a paper test as well. Felt like giving my ARE again. The actual interview was nice, people seemed friendly and likeable. Took their time to explain the position and typical work involved
