interview was extremely laid back and hardly asked any questions. Interviewer gave me a lot of time to ask questions and learn more about the firm. I had to decline due to travel constraints, and the interviewer made sure I considered the almost two hour commute before accepting anything, showed how much he cared about his employees and the culture of the firm.

Interview
1st round was an on campus interview with HR recruiter and then the 2nd round interview was at their headquarters in deerfield. Interviewed one on one with a partner and a group interview with the HR and another partner. Got a tour of the office and sat down with associates to ask questions
