Easy process only 2 interviews and the managers are in point with scheduling. The HR team is also reliable to schedule interviews. Everything went in point. Overall the procese took less than a month.

My interview was at 12midnight my time after a long day of work and taking care of a family so that I could be available and my best. The interview was the very usual, very privileged, very white interview. There were about 5 people on the phone asking questions. That was the only interview, then I never heard anything else until 4.5 months later (rejection), even though the Major said I could follow-up (which I did regularly and was ghosted). It confirmed that the system is still the same and will always be the same. I am highly qualified (probably more than any other candidate that would have been a woman of color) and was already living where the job was located. It's the usual good ol' boy system...
