Interviewed by two people for the role. One was lovely, she was super engaged and interested, even gave me a tour of the council. The other looked like I was inconveniencing him by being there. Bizarre vibe overall.

Got sent an email confirming an interview almost 4 weeks prior to the date. Had a 30 minute presentation to prepare on the day, and then a panel interview with 4 people who all took notes with their heads down (very distracting). No one there seemed interested in building any rapport, and I realised it wasn't the right job for me as I started answering their questions.
