Interview
There were no postings for this job. I had a friend tell me about it and since, others who have been hired have come to the car wash asking if there are positions available. There was little to no skill or previous experience required. If a positions is available and you seem reliable, you have the job and will begin training within the week.

Question 1
The interview process was almost non-existent. Most questions were aimed at discerning whether or not you ad a reliable means of transportation and if you believed you would be able to show up to work regularly. Very laid back management.
