Had the displeasure of interviewing here, was an extremely awkward group interview with three managers. They were only interested in if I was a culture fit, no job specific questions were asked but was really interested in "personality fits". They asked a LOT of questions about ego? At one point the manager said, the "only one allowed to have an ego is me." When I asked about the rest of their interview process they said it was a 3-4 interviews that Included interviewing with the CEO. If your CEO is doing interviews for your company I would be concerned with why your CEO doesn't seem to trust his staff to hire the correct people. Does your CEO not have anything else to do? The process felt like they were just checking off boxes and had zero plans of actually hiring anyone.
