One interview - done virtually (from out of state). The interview was done with the admin team as well as multiple teachers from multiple other grade levels. All people took turns asking me questions.
There is an online application that is filled out and submitted. Then I was contacted to set up a Zoom or in-person interview. At the interview, I met with a panel of interviewers consisting of members of the administration team, someone from the grade level, and reading specialists/interventionists.
1 interview, heard back the following week. Very thorough interview with scenario based questions. It lasted about 30 minutes. Clear communication on what the next steps would be and when I would hear back.
Th interview process was very easy. They communicated well and gave me the opportunity to talk with current employees. The onboarding process was smooth as well. They also answered a lot of my questions and offered a tour of the school on my second interview.
