I showed up they notified the manager on staff that I was there waited a few minutes and met with her. She was very nice and attentive. She listened to my scheduling needs and tried to make it work.
I completed the application online and I did a phone's screen as well as a video interview. I got a call to meet with district manager i got the job a week later

The interview process was fast and easy, and I really felt like the manager was a true genuine person. They were kind and friendly and made me feel less nervous about the process.
Sit with the manager. They ask basic questions. Example: Do you have a Criminal history ?, Have you ever worked for Waffle House before ?, What were your prior jobs?
