The process was really smooth. I handed my resume during a career fair and got a call a couple of hours later. They asked me what I wanted to do with them and that was what caught them.

Quick, easy. 15-20 minute casual chat with HR. Asked a couple of behavioral questions, mostly focused on leadership, past leadership experience. Honestly I fumbled a lot with the questions and thought I bombed it but I guess not.
