      I interviewed at WYLD

      Interview

Got an email asking to schedule an interview. When the time came, they were 20 minutes late to the interview and said they would like to reschedule so we could have time to talk, so I did. Right after that confirmation interview came in for our new time, a 2nd email followed that was a rejection email saying they hired a person. All in all, the process was messy and they clearly didn't care about the candidate experience. Looking at their Glassdoor it's not a surprise, but it is a bummer when you try to give a company the benefit of the doubt.
