I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WSFS Financial (Dover, DE) in Oct 2017
Interview
One day after putting in the application I received a phone call from someone from WSFS. I did a quick 10 minute phone screening/interview and then set up a day and time for a face-to-face interview. I applied for a position close to home but had to interview at the corporate office all the way in Wilmington which is an hour away from where I live. I went completely prepared and answered all of the questions to the best of my ability. I conducted myself in a professional manner and the person I was interviewing made me feel comfortable and relaxed, almost like things were going well and I would at least get called in for a second interview. Just a few days shy of a week I received an email basically saying that they chose another candidate and that I did not get the job. Overall I was highly upset about having to travel so far for the interview just to have my time wasted.

Interview
The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.

Interview
Was not too long. They asked me 4-7 questions about my customer experience such as describing a time I had to deal with a difficult customer. He then discussed the history of WSFS and described the roll I applied for. Now I'm waiting for a response.
