The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WSCAD electronic in Apr 2026
Interview
I had a very disappointing interview experience with WSCAD. The process was unorganized from the start. My interview was rescheduled twice at the last minute, which already showed a lack of respect for the candidate’s time.
What made it worse was that for the third scheduled interview, no one showed up at all. There was no prior notice, no apology, and no follow-up communication afterward.
This kind of behavior raises serious concerns. If a company cannot handle something as simple as scheduling and attending an interview, it’s hard to believe they are well-organized internally or capable of treating employees with professionalism and respect.
Overall, the experience felt careless and unprofessional, and it left a very negative impression of the company.

Interview
the interview process with WSCAD Electronic, particularly in relation to the technical assessment.
I invested a significant amount of time and effort into completing the assignment, ensuring that it was well-structured, functional, and aligned with common professional standards. However, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and transparency throughout the process. After submitting the task, I received no feedback for an extended period and had to repeatedly follow up before eventually receiving a response.
When feedback finally came, it was vague and unconstructive—stating that my solution did not align with WSCAD’s design pattern. This was especially frustrating because the assessment did not mention or define any specific architectural expectations or company-specific design patterns to follow.
I found this approach unprofessional and discouraging, particularly for candidates who take the process seriously and are committed to demonstrating their skills. Clear expectations and timely, constructive feedback are critical to a respectful and fair recruitment process.
