Recruiter called and all they were looking was for cheap (low cost) candidates and questions were not much directed on “skills or value” but m towards “money” which felt weird !! . They need to be professional if they have to get the right candidates
Three rounds with engaging discussions and friendly people. Received constructive feedback, faced insightful questions, and tackled a strategic case. A well-structured process with a strong focus on leadership, vision, and strategy. Overall, a rewarding and positive experience.
