2/ What do you know about the role

Interview
The interview process was really unique. I applied mainly because of the application itself: no assessment of academic qualifications and no judgement of working history. I simply had to tell a story about myself in an authentic way (which I took as an opportunity to have some fun). The interview that followed was tough, as I was expected to prepare a presentation, but it was an exciting challenge. I also had to do a timed task at the end (writing either a press release or a social media content plan). That was super fun for me, and a first! The team who interviewed me were welcoming, kind and seemed to genuinely love their jobs which is what sold it for me. I'm now an intern and I'm so glad I took the leap.

I was interviewed by Rebecca, who was very welcoming and easy to talk to. We chatted about the role, my experience and my vision. She was extremely well-behaved and made the entire process very easy on me which enabled me to open up to her instantly. It was very informal yet enriching.
