I got here through LinkedIn. Interview process was chill and smooth. There were 4 rounds( 3 tech+ 1 HR). The process was offline and was done in like 3-4 hours.

Interview
The interview evaluated mainly on core knowledge of DSPs and how to run YouTube Campaign. It also had a wide array of questions on media planning and strategy It also evaluated basic knowledge about viewability and how YouTube Ads work.

Interview
The interview process was a little chaotic but I think that is just due to the size of the agency and structure of the programmatic team. It was very straightforward and they didn't throw too many curveballs. They asked about my experience and wants in my career and they took everything I said very nicely. Honesty seems to be the best policy here.
