      Executive Assistant Interview

      Apr 16, 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at WPP in Mar 2026

      Interview

Abhorrent recruitment process; unclear structure, unclear timelines, teams not aligned, feedback not aligned. Lies about internal candidates in the mix for interviews, false hopes on offers. Weeks drawn out an then to receive mixed negative news. Avoid like the plague.

Interview was in 3 stages. First with the HR Manager, Directors of the team you would be supporting, followed by a meeting with Company Secretary on separate occasions. Lengthy process but overall very informative. Then met with the Director of the team again before an offer was made.
