The interview process was fairly simple. There were 2 rounds. First round was conducted by an internal WNS employee. Asked questions on sql and pl/sql concepts. The second round was client interview in which the person asked about my roles and responsibilites, basics of service management and few simple SQL concepts. At the end he provided a description about the profile required by them.
