Mostly hiring is done through internal employee references and recommendations.
Interview is transparent but most of the time while salary negotiation budget are first priority without being considering employee talent.
Also company policy were discussed. Compensation and other employee benefits were laid down.

Its 3 round process in a very smooth way. Very corporative. Technical and behavioral questions are most of them. Last round is managerial round with Manager and client. One should pass this rounds to get offer from the organisation

HR is very responsive and co-operate.

Corporate office is in mumbai.
15 mins interview only....Checked only confidence and past experience and for junior level maximum time you have to face only one round.
After interview, they called me next day to submit all documents and No waiting for joining..
Who will conduct your interview, it totally depends on your luck. Means employee who is having 4/5 years of exp or more than 10 - 15 years
