I saw the post on Naukri.com for the walk in for the post of Accounts Payable at Shivaji Nagar Branch,Pune the HR were very co-operative. A basic assessment test was conducted which included topics such as Aptitude, Logic, English, Excel and basic accountancy. After that the the technical interview was conducted in which the details of my past experience and some technical questions were asked. The main thing they see is your presentation and confidence in answering questions.

1) HR Round: HR round is easy it will be easily cracked 2) Aptitude test include 3 types of test a. Quant, reasoning and english aptitude test b. Psychometric and CAST Test c. Accounting Test (Accounting test is little bit difficult) 3) Manager Round (They will check the knowledge about accounting and the communication and ask you the questions about your resume)
