I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WIS International (Forest Hills, NY) in Dec 2016
Interview
I walked in. I was told to take a seat. Someone approached me, greeted me proceeded to ask me a few questions. Do I smoke? Do I drink? Do I use illegal substances? Have I ever been convicted of a Felony? Then I was given a 750 scanner, taught how to hold and use it. Then my counting speed was tested as well as my counting accuracy. Then I was told I was hired and given the proper forms to fill out online and bring back signed and was told to log into my account with my new employee ID and keep logging in every day until I am scheduled for my first job. Oh and someone got terminated on the day I was hired. Pretty sure I took her place, I overheard my new area manager talking to the woman hiring me to fire someone.

Interview
quick and easy, joined a meeting about the job, had a 5 min phone interview, got trained the next day, no issue with communication. Also, quick replay on the application is a +
The interview process consisted of three stages: a written assessment, a phone interview, and a final offer. The written assessment evaluated technical and analytical skills. The phone interview focused on communication and experience. Successfully passing both stages led to receiving an offer, completing a structured and efficient hiring process overall.

Interview
Group interview with 10 to 15 people. Showed us how to use the scanners. Then a quick meeting with the branch manager of the location. Pretty straight forward. Got hired on the spot
