It was a phone screen. Typical sales related questions. Asked me to introduce myself. why I want to work for this company. How much do you know about the company.

Were you ever coached on you performance at your previous job
Did you ever worked in a commission based job position
2 interviews. The first one is with store manager and the second is with store manager and district manager. Ask you to introduce yourself then some behavior questions.

Interview
It was a pretty standard interview. Their job requirements are low. Anyone can get a job here fairy easily as long as you do the bare minimum amount of interview prep.
