Interview
Had a standard phone screen then a couple days later an in-person interview at their office with a senior manager. Heard nothing from them after a couple weeks so I emailed the HR contact and the interviewing manager to see if my application was still active - with no reply from either. Followed up with a second email a week later - the HR contact finally responded that I was not being considered. Very disrespectful and unprofessional process.

Interview
First Interview with Manager went quite nice, discussion was interesting and interviewer was quite intelligent and nice.
Then they gave me home assessment. I spent nearly 15 hours doing it (all weekend and part of Monday and Tuesday). However, after sending my assessment I never heard back from them.
Unfortunately, company didn’t even bother to spend 30 seconds to compose polite rejection email.

Interview
- Started with online application.
- Phone call with both Co-founders separately.
- Went in for onsite interview with one of the co-founders, typical skills and cultural assessment.
- Sent a very personal offer email explaining why they wanted me to join the team and what they promised to do on their side, instead of some canned thing--I really liked that! The kind of culture that got me excited to join.
