Interview
After applying online, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You’ll hear back in 4 weeks time whether you’ve been shortlisted. The first step is a short 15 minute online interview where you’re asked questions regarding your passion for accountancy. Should you be successful, the second stage is an in-person interview where you’ll have a short maths test (non-calculator) alongside an interview with a senior partner and manager. This process is a casual conversation where you’re asked to cite skills and experiences, and they’ll state their experiences in addition to some information on Wellers.
My interview with Wellers began with an initial phone call to discuss my background, followed by a second-stage interview at their office where I met the team and explored the role further.

Interview
Straightforward and easy application on their website followed up with a video interview then onto in-person interview. Make you do a basic mathematics test beforehand. Interviewers were very friendly and explained the job completely.
