WD Launch Sales Program interview questions

Applied online for the position after attending a college career fair. I received an email to schedule a phone interview with the university recruiter. Interview was less than 15 mins; she asked if I had questions for her, to describe a time I dealt with a difficult colleague, to describe a manager that was really great, and how I would sell a pen to her. After, there was an on-site interview at their Irvine location where I and other candidates were interviewed 1:1 for 30 mins with 6-7 potential team members/supervisors. We were also able to meet with current Launch Sales employees to ask about their experiences.
