Unfortunately, I have experienced similar instances where my inquiries were either ignored or not handled with the courtesy one would expect from a global organization like Western Digital. I understand that processes can sometimes be delayed, but the absence of communication and the difficulty in obtaining updates have been particularly frustrating. As a candidate eager to contribute to Western Digital, it has been troublesome to follow up without any meaningful response, despite multiple attempts. Had an average length interview process. I spoke to 4 individual contributors and 1 manager. The tech interview were around storage industry knowledge, data center experience and the manager interview was around customer success.
