Onsite, team interview with three groups. Quick and efficient. I felt that the team did do some eye rolls when I could not answer a couple of questions, and that left me feeling insecure for the rest of the time with them...but I ended up getting the offer. Gore has a strange corporate culture that was not really explained well in the interview, and takes a long time to get used to when working there. It's bizarre, and cultish in my opinion..people who stay live this culture like a religion.
