I applied online through the W.L. Gore website. After about a month I received an email requesting to schedule a phone interview. After about 2 weeks I had the phone interview. The day after the phone interview I received another call stating that I would be receiving another phone interview and was given advice on what to expect and how to prepare. A couple days after that, I received another call stating that I would be having an in-person interview instead and how I should prepare for that. About 2 weeks past and I was interviewed by two interview panels on the same day. After a couple of days I received a call stating that Gore would like to extend an offer to me if I was interested. I stated I was so they began creating an offer for me and they asked me what I was looking for in an offer. After about a week, I received another call with the offer and I accepted. After a couple weeks (I had to give notice at my previous job) I attended orientation and began working the next day.
