Very enjoyable process that enables me to get a firm grasp of Vynamic’s business, its culture, and their people. Unlike a lot of interviews, this didn’t feel at all transactional and it was clear that everyone who interviewed me was genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person as well as my skills/experience.

Interview
Fairly lengthy process including a presentation. Good process though as you are able to vet-out questions with several different 'layers' of the organization and different points throughout the process. Presentation was ~30 minutes on a topic of your choosing (e.g. previous project work) with 2 people as the audience.

Interview
One initial interview with the recruitment team, followed by a competency-based interview, case study and then a final interview. Each stage included ample opportunity for me to ask questions to the interviewers.
