Interview
The interview process is quite simple. I interviewed in Late 2017. I was asked to come in for about an hour, in which the hiring manager sat with me one-on-one and asked me about my previous experience (I had some experience in hospitality, so I focused on transferring the customer service skills to a retail-ish setting). Then, we discussed the position in more detail and I was offered a position there.
Short in person interview with a manager, a couple of scenario questions were asked and also questions about films/cinema in general. Also asked about working availability and hours you can work.

It was very straight forward. I would say the interview is quite easy to prepare for. They asked a lot of film questions and previous experience questions and you can actually prepare the night before and likely get the job.
