I applied online with my over letter and resume. I was brought on site for an interview and hired on the spot. I had previous volunteer and work experience with the senior population which I felt made the interview very easy.

Questions about experience , how do I feel about the elderly, have I worked with the elderly? Do ihave a car? Am I a prompt person, do i make it ontime to work.
