Interview
I got a call to briefly go over my experience and resume. The phone call ended with an interview scheduled. When I got to the office for the interview, I filled out an application and when I was done, we went to the conference room for the interview. During the interview, we went further into detail with my resume/experience, hours, bonuses, and commission rates.

Interview
I was called by the owner. He set up the interview and I arrived in time. He was late to start the interview and had another person asking with the interview. She was hostile and unfriendly. He was vague and did not know what he was doing.
