Hi Prospective Coordinator, thanks for your feedback.
You're right, we do have a very thorough and exhaustive interview process. We are 100% committed to what we're up to, and we know that the success of our company hinges upon hiring great people who then become a part of our incredible team. Our hiring process is a well-known, leading edge hiring process developed by a world-renowned HR exec. It's thorough. It's different. It reveals things about candidates that enable us to select for traits we're looking for and select out for traits we're not.
We never asked you about the worst quality of your former boss - we asked you what your view was of your boss's strengths and weaknesses. And we asked you what your best guess is to what they would say were your strengths and weaknesses. This question is not designed to tell us information about your boss but rather to show us things about you and what makes you tick.
One interesting thing about the interview is that the people that thrive with us (and that create our team) really enjoy the process and the trip down memory lane. If it wasn't a fit for you, then the company wouldn't have been either. Which is likely why we cut the interview short. Why waste your time or ours, right?
All good wishes to you.
Nat
