Interview
A good step process interview, initial get to know each other chat, A task based assignment, a further chat with additional staff you will work with, then a decision. Quick smooth process.
Met with the Head of HR, CTO and current product manager. Then met with the team informally. I was given the opportunity to a good amount of time with a future team member to discuss processes and how things worked. Overall, it was a very relaxed process where I felt encouraged to learn as much about them as they wanted to about me.

Interview
Filled out an application through linkedIn or indeed got a response of interest in setting up an interview right away, then got a phone call where they asked me a question that I didn't quite understand what they were looking for so I asked about it, at which point they seemed to sigh in in frustration and briefly thank me for my time before getting off of the phone.
